Abby is a 2 year old female border collie with the most soulful eyes that can melt your heart. She is eager to please and to be your shadow. Abby would make a great house mate for a single person or a family. Come in and meet this amazing little girl.	Carlos and Brutus are 3 month old Chocolate Lab X Border Collie boys looking for their forever homes. These brothers were a bit shy when they came to us but are now intent on getting all the attention they can. If you are looking for a puppy with the desire to be a great companion, these boys fit the bill.	Vickie is a female Bloodhound X terrier who is about 4 months old. She is a happy little girl looking for her forever home. She is submissive and as such we are working on her housetraining. She is great with other dogs and cats and kids.

What we thought to be a Catahoula turns out to be a Red Heeler X Blue Heeler X Australian Shepherd X Border Collie pup. Bernie is about 2 months old and was left by his owners in our donation bin outside. He is a smart little guy who is doing amazing with his housetraining. His kennel is dry and clean every morning. With the assorted breeds in his background he will thrive in a household that provides consistent rules and with a family that can be persistent to work with his determined nature. Bernie is not able to leave the Shelter until Sept 13 in order that he have vaccinations in place.	We need some volunteers that can help us pick up cindercrete blocks donated to us by Gary and Teresa Hildebrandt to assist in renovations here at our Shelter. If you are able to assist in the next couple of days by providing manpower or a flat deck trailer to haul them to the Shelter it would be greatly appreciated. Thunda is a young St. Bernard X neutered male found on Chaplin St. West. He is a very quiet, soft-natured gentle giant who is fine with kids, cats and dogs. If you have room in your heart (and your home) for this lovable guy, drop in and meet him.	Jemma is a young Heinz 57 puppy. Jemma is going out for a test drive following her spay surgery.	Becca is a young Heinz 57 puppy. Like her sister, Jemma and brother, Balto, Becca is a bit shy initially but warms quickly. She is still a playful pup looking for her forever home which she would happily share with other dogs and maybe even a cat or two if the cats were agreeable to it.

Balto is a young Heinz 57 puppy. He is friendly with people but a little shy. Once he gets to know you though he can be a forever companion. Balto gets along with other dogs. Drop in to check this young fella out.	Roxy is a beautiful female young adult fox red Lab. She has a wonderful temperament and is a quick learner. She does really well with basic obedience, is housetrained, gets along with other dogs (with a proper introduction) and thinks cats are cool when they are okay with dogs. Roxy needs her 2 walks per day just to help burn some energy but is an excellent house dog. Roxy would be a great first dog for a loving family ready to give her the forever home she deserves. Viewing at the foster home by appointment only.	Chester is a neutered mature all white adult male Shepherd X. Chester is a senior dog whose bark is all talk. He is gentle and quiet as soon as you spend time with him. He is searching for his retirement villa which will have a soft pillow and lots of treats and a family to wile away the time with. As Chester is ready for his new home and he is a senior dog, we are asking only a special adoption fee of $75.00 for him.

	Chance is an intact male Australian Shepherd X. He is good with kids, cats, and other dogs. He's a big boy at only 9 months old with a heart of gold. Since he is still pretty young he is very playful and needs a little bit of obedience training, but he is a very fast learner. He has proven to be awsesome on leash and good at listening to some commands. He's just a big goofy lovable boy!	Chanel is a spayed female German Shepherd. She is up to date on all her vaccinations including rabies. She has alot of personality and love in her. We feel she would be best in a home with no small chidren. She seems to be good with other dogs as we have her and Daisy in together to enjoy each others company. She is very connected to people and just wants some attention. Come on down and look into those big brown eyes and fall in love!

Sadie is an older Malamute soul. She's appears to have some sight issues and possible hearing issues. We feel this girl doesn't deserve to spend another night here. If you have it in your heart to love her and give her a nice retirement home come in and speak to the staff. She is awesome with children, dogs, cats and seems to be housetrained.	Patsy is an intact female Chocolate Lab X. She's sweet, lovable, very gentle and great with kids. Appears to be good with other dogs and cats. Every time we go in with her she always wants to shake a paw with us, it's so cute.

Teddy Bear is a 5 year old spayed female Newfoundland Lab X. She's very friendly, good with kids, dogs and cats. Awesome on leash and a quick learner. All around good dog!	Joe is a male intact Dachshund X Terrier mix who is about a year old. He is a quiet little guy who is good with kids,cats and dogs. Joe has been kenneled and is getting better with his housetraining.	UPDATE: COPPER IS OUT FOR A TEST DRIVE. Copper is an intact female Am Staff X. She is awesome with cats, dogs, kids and is very outgoing. She is an adorable little girl who just needs a little bit of training and excercise. Once you see her your heart will melt!

Update: Casey has received a haircut and is looking absolutely amazing! Casey is a neutered male Poodle X Water Spaniel. He is housebroken, good with kids and dogs. He is very friendly, playful and outgoing and would love to go for a walk with you. Come in and check him out!	PENDING ADOPTION!!	Sasha is a spayed female Shepherd X Husky. Our volunteer dog trainer has been working on her leash manners and obedience and Sasha has been coming along beautifully! Her striking looks and outgoing personality make for a dynamite combination. Sasha's respect for cats is growing daily and she loves her playtime with other dogs of the same energy as her.She would make an excellent farm dog as she would have the room to run and a job to keep her busy.
