All pets adopted from the Swift Current SPCA are microchipped, but did you know that we also do microchipping of non-shelter pets by appointment?
This simple procedure takes just a few minutes and may help you get your pet back should it stray.
The microchip, once inserted just under the pet’s skin, is registered to your contact information. It can then be scanned at most vet clinics and shelters where your pet might arrive and you would be contacted. Current cost to microchip a non-shelter pet is $30.

For more information on chipping or to make an appointment, contact the shelter at 306-773-1806.
