Rules and Regulations

  • Age limits for ticket purchasers is 19 years and over. Purchases must be made in the Province of Saskatchewan.
  • Draw date: August 26th, 2023 2:00pm. Draw will be made at the Swift Current SPCA, 2101 Knight Crescent, Swift Current.
  • Total prize to be won will depend on number of tickets sold
  • Only 500 tickets will be sold
  • Prizes must be accepted as awarded – no substitutes. All winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize.
  • Winner will be notified by phone.
  • If a winner cannot be located after a period of one year from the draw date, the prize or equivalent cash value will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by the Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority.
  • A ticket may only have one individual name on it.
  • If any ticket purchased has been entered in any draw, no refund will be issued after the draw has taken place.
  • We reserve the right to use the winners name and photo on our website, facebook page and in print.
