Jail &Bail
We’re cracking down on “Rule Breakers” and have recently made some arrests. Offenses include, but are not limited to, First Degree Philanthropy, Conspiracy to Improve Animal Welfare, and Smuggling Squeaky Toys Across the Border just to name a few. This is your chance to help “Bail Out” these respected members of our SPCA community while also raising funds for the care, safety, and well being of our shelter animals.
When: Saturday, March 21, 2026
Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Where: Swift Current Mall – in front of Safe Way
Come see all of those convicted of these admirable offenses.
Cupcake DaySUCCESS!
On February 26th, Canadian Tired hosted our annual Cupcake Day Fundraiser! Volunteers from the RBC were there to sell Cupcakes, other sweet treats and merchandise and with the help of our community we were able to raise over $5000 to fund for the care, comfort, and well-being of the animals in our programs.
Bakers from around the South West were also gracious enough to donate baked treats for this event:
– Never Ending Cravings
– Baked By Cassie
– Dishful Gourmet
– Lady & bumble Bake Shop
– JL Cake
– Leona’s baked Goods
– Cake Crazy
– Made. Cafe
– Carolyn Hildrebrand
– Bo-Dean Eckert
Several other businesses around the community chose to show their support by selling cupcakes at their stores!
– Studio 98
– Coast Hotel
– Cowtown
– W.W. Smith Insurance
– Living Sky Casino
– MacMor Industries
– MNP

Thank you to all the businesses and community members for supporting our “Sweet” cause.
