Our Fourth Stray of Christmas is Roxy the cat. Roxy came to us on June 15, 2010 in quite poor physical condition and mentally not much better. It seems that she was not treated in the best manner in her previous home. Back then she did not appreciate affection from people. Her coat was lank and dark, her eyes sad. A few weeks after her arrival her health started to improve, her coat started to get fluffy and lighter in color and her eyes brightened. Best of all, she started to purr when she was petted and held. Now Roxy is our present office cat, with free roam of the office. She finds she likes it best on the desk right under everyone’s noses and preferably right on top of whatever paperwork you are focusing on at that moment.
